Matthew Yassin recently broked a 111 unit new build development (demolition and ground up) comprising of 80 Private residential units, 31 affordable housing units, 1125 sqft of commercial space on the ground floor in Bermondsey South London. The project faced some planning issues which I helped the client with as well as some right to light issues from surrounding tenants. With the use of site walks and presence in credit meetings, I managed to be able to offer a development finance loan of £37million against a GDV of £55m.
