  • Which lenders do Coreco Commercial work with?

    As an established broker, we’ve had years to form our lender relationships. We work with all the usual prime and specialist lenders; from high street banks and building societies, to many bespoke lenders you may not have come across before. We’re privileged to have access to specialist lending divisions within many of these large lenders due to our brokers’ knowledge and experience in the industry.

    As an innovate brokerage, we’re proud to be involved with product development alongside new lenders in the market. In 2017, we were one of the first brokers to pioneer and test new products from Octane Capital’s initial range of products.

  • What about private banks?

    We also work with Private Banks to offer tailor-made mortgage products. These lenders take a “blank sheet of paper” approach to underwriting and as such, are able to bespoke products with generous lending terms.

    For more speculative property investors, we can provide expert advice on short lease mortgages because we have excellent relationships with the niche lenders and ‘panel valuers’ operating in this area.

    Another of our specialist areas is offshore mortgages, for non-UK and non-domiciled UK residents seeking to purchase property in the UK within the framework of offshore tax planning*; or for purchasing/refinancing property overseas.

There is no guarantee that it will be possible to arrange continuous letting of the property, nor that rental income will be sufficient to meet the cost of the mortgage.
